Daniel K. Clinch, 61, of Cortland, passed away on September 14, 2023 following an extended illness. Dan was born March 25, 1962 in Lowville, NY, a son of the late Keith and Shirley DeLong Clinch. He enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1981, and was stationed in Pax River, MD; Rota, Spain and Oceana, Virginia Beach. Russell, 73, of Homer, passed away unexpectedly on September 11, 2023.  A lifelong area resident, she was born November 15, 1949, a daughter of the late Byron and Ida Burchell Dever.  Following the death of her late husband, Charles L.
