I am saddened and stunned to learn of Kel's passing. I know his funeral will be a wonderful tribute to an incredible guy.
I enjoyed working with him for many years at the Homer Post Office and always remember him as a pleasant and dedicated gentle man with a great sespnse of humor.
His work ethic and dedication to the Fire Department, Red Cross and the military speaks volumes to the kind of man he was. He always gave of himself and seemed to have a boundless amount of energy. He truly left behind a wonderful legacy to his family and community.
God Bless you Kel....May you Rest in Peace!

My best memories of working at Caz. Country Club on the Grounds Crew, (ten years gone by now) are of Kelvin and I cutting early weekend morning greens and keeping the fairways caught up. I'll always remember his smile and quiet competence. When I bought a house out in Nelson, Kelvin volunteered to look it over for me. A man who could be trusted and relied on. I am glad to have known him and send my heartfelt condolences.
