Haven't seen that side of the family much in recent years but I have many fond memories of "Doc". The big summer gathering at Asbury Rd.was a great time and always a wonderful reunion. So very sorry.

Uncle Doc you are the reason I love the Yankees. Most likely the reason I love baseball. My most fond memories come from spending time at the pond playing wiffle ball you making sure everyone got a turn at bat but also you running to tag us out. As I grew older you also taught me to laugh and make myself feel better when life got tough. Thanks for all the hugs Uncle Doc.

"Doc',
There are many memories but two that I vividly remember are when Aunt Corrine first introduced to our family on a Thanksgiving day and the day you hit a line drive softball (thank God) that hit me square in the abdomen. Rest in peace and see you on the other side when my chores are through.

My dearest poppa...I thank god every day that you passed with such peace. I will never forget how peaceful and comfortable you looked upon your death. You are forever in my heart and forever a piece of my soul. You taught me to never to give up.

I will cherish every memory with you. Until we meet again...
