Charlotte A. Delaney

Charlotte A. Delaney, 71, formerly of Preble Rd., Preble, passed away following an extended illness on June 6, 2021 at the Cortland Regional Nursing Facility, where she had been a resident since 2019.

She was born December 12, 1949 in Syracuse, a daughter of the late Donald and Lois Mosher Slater.

Charlotte worked for a number of years at Penn Traffic in East Syracuse. She was active member of the Preble Congregational Church and the Garden Club.

Surviving is her husband, Reginald O. Delaney of Preble; three children, Jeremy Ryan of Tennessee; Jennifer (Joe) Allen of Parish, NY; and Paul (Jennifer) Delaney of North Carolina; her brother, Michael (Linda) Slater and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Calling hours will be held from 4:00 – 5:30 p.m. on Monday, June 14, 2021 at the Preble Congregational Church, 1953 Preble Rd., Preble. Memorial services will immediately follow at 5:30 p.m.
