William A. Pedrick, of State Route 13, Cortland, lost his valiant fight with cancer surrounded by his family on Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at the age of 70.
Born September 17, 1947 in Manhattan, he was the only child of the late Frank and Marian Sanderson Pedrick.
Bill was most recently employed as an Adjunct Instructor at SUNY Cortland’s Academic Support and Achievement Program (ASAP). He had also been an Instructor at TC3 in Dryden.
Bill was a proud member of the Homer Central School Board, a current member of the OCM-BOCES Board of Education, and was on the Board of Directors of the Central New York School Boards Association (CNYSBA).
Surviving is his loving wife of 44 years, Linda Beardsley Pedrick; his daughter, LeeAnne Pedrick, currently attending Law School at Syracuse University; his aunt, Virginia Sanderson of Brick, NJ, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Calling hours will be held on Thursday, March 1, 2018 from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the Donald L. Barber Funeral Home, 5016 US Route 11, Homer.
