He co-owned and operated a chiropractic office in Broomfield, CO.

Bill and his beloved wife, Johanne (Sharp) Moynihan, and their children, eventually moved to Scott, NY where they took up residence on a farm in the Cortland/Homer area. Before retiring in 2000, he owned and operated the Tully Chiropractic Office to help restore good health to all of his patients.
