Carl owned and operated Harmon Ave. Plumbing and Heating for many years.
A lifelong and faithful Christian, he was an active member of Grace Christian Fellowship Church. Carl enjoyed two church mission trips to Alaska over the years, offering his expertise in the building of schools and churches.
Surviving is his loving wife of more than 50 years, Evelyn L. Homer Hulbert, currently residing at the Elizabeth Brewster House, Homer; a daughter, Billi Carol (John) Gizzi of Homer; two grandchildren, Angela and Christopher Gizzi and two sisters, Margaret Sackett and Caroline Anderson as well as several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a brother, William R. Hulbert in 2012 and two sons, Shel and Scott Hulbert.
