Betty J. Fisk, of State Route 41, McGraw, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, November 15, 2018 at the age of 93.
A lifelong area resident, Betty was born October 18, 1925, a daughter of the late Francis and Grace Euson Craft.
She was a longtime and active member of Church of the Redeemer (Memorial Baptist).
Betty was a housekeeper at the Cortland Holiday Inn for many years, retiring in 1990.
She is survived by her son, David Fisk of Syracuse; her adopted daughter, Judy Johnson of Cortland; grandchildren, Sarah (Joe) Luteran of Liverpool; Michael Boggs of Woodbridge, VA; and Laura (Aaron) Morehouse of Cortland; her great grandchildren, Joey, Matt (Lisa), Joshua and Travis Luteran; a great-great grandson, Connor Luteran; a sister-in-law, Esther Fisk and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Betty was predeceased by her husband, Wesley C. Fisk, daughter, Judy Boggs; her siblings, Genevieve Idell, Robert Craft, Dorothy Lyons, Marilyn Eaton and Janice Beckwith; a daughter-in-law, Phyllis Fisk and a grandson, Daniel Fisk.
Memorial services will be held at Noon on Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at the Church of the Redeemer, 125 Tompkins St., Cortland. The family will receive friends and relatives at the church on Tuesday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
